This bulletin is to further inform you about the opportunity to improve your workplace experience and gain a stronger voice in important decisions that affect you.


You may be aware a ballot is planned to decide if union recognition is agreeable to warehouse staff.


GMB Union is seeking official recognition at DHL Accord, which means they could become your official representative, fighting for better pay, fairer treatment, and improved working conditions. Following our visits to site over the last few weeks you are now to be balloted, for you and your colleagues to decide whether GMB attain official recognition.

    • February 22nd: Ballots sent to eligible workers.
    • March 5th (Noon – Mid-day): Deadline to return your ballot.
    • March 5th (Close of Business): Result announced.
