You may be aware a ballot is planned to decide if union recognition is agreeable to warehouse staff.
GMB Union is seeking official recognition at DHL Accord, which means they could become your official representative, fighting for better pay, fairer treatment, and improved working conditions. Following our visits to site over the last few weeks you are now to be balloted, for you and your colleagues to decide whether GMB attain official recognition.

- February 22nd: Ballots sent to eligible workers.
